Hi, I am back from vacation and will post some pics tomorrow. If you emailed me in the last week, I know you received an “auto-response” message, and I will answer all emails as soon as I can. I was enjoying some total down time in South America…climbed around Machu Picchu and got some sun in Lima, Peru. The vacation was great and I am more rested…with stronger “glutes” from all the climbing!

Hi…!! Well, I hope the new year is treating everyone well! So far 2012 has been very interesting…and what better way then do fun and interesting things? I decided that this year will be a banner year for female muscle, so this site, my site will be doing some wild and crazy stuff!! Hi….sorry I missed you yesterday, I was in Ft Lauderdale for the day. A bit warmer in south Florida however I had to do a killer leg workout to keep warm!! BIG and STRONG FEMALE MUSCLE….especially legs are used to dominate my prey! If you like to feel the power, strength and helplessness of a strong sexy woman….getting caught between my legs will do that!! No question.!!  Here is the proof!

I also visited with a friend and we exchanged belated Xmas gifts. I received a great little gadget…an electric wine cork remover and beautiful wine stopper….and an awesome bottle of Pinot Noir which I promptly opened when I got home!  yummy…

Now I have to start my new year training and cardio program to start preparing for this new year…filming videos, pics and competition in July!

HI!! OK…I haven’t been on in a few days…Yes, I too have been enjoying the holidays! Lots of goodies, a few baddies….hahaha…..but plenty of sweeties to keep a muscle goddess going! The week between Xmas and New Years was a time for me to meet up with friends and fans…new and old. It required indulging in some favorite wine and cherry tarts, a lot of chocolate and few pieces of pie! BUT.. did use cool whip “lite” on them!! Well….the new year has started off with a >BANG< . After my week of relaxing and celebrating….I started with my training and supplementation program. Eating clean and playing dirty! The warm Florida weather has allowed me to spend morning coffee outside on my patio and contemplating my workout for the day ahead. A great rest and hard training, good nutrition and plenty of fun…thats what makes a champion physique and a muscle goddess! On New years Day I also had a massage to start my morning….

I have my travel schedule for the next months being completed tomorrow. Hi, and Happy Boxing Day! The day after Xmas , Boxing Day, is the time to kick back and relax after all the hectic holiday preperation! I started my day with a massage, as sexy female muscles need a lot of it…then more pampering with a manicure and pedicure, (red with gold sparkles) some foot massage, and wearing my new fuzzy slippers, my lambskin thongs!  Pure heaven for my feet!! Hi…Yep, im back home from the European tour. I have been home a few days…recovering from long flights, jet lag and also enjoying the awesome sun in Florida!! It’s been at least 80F every day, so some bike rides, pumping iron, big muscles, and yep…female muscle is back and here to stay!!

It’s that time to enjoy friend, family and fans….here I was yesterday sharing a meal, and wine with friends for the holidays! Today…I was back in the gym as usual, pumping up my muscles and back and biceps training!!

Hola! I am enjoying Madrid..I have not visited here since 2007, so its time for sexy female muscle to invade Spain again!
